Six foundational “Visionary Themes”

They are to:

1. REACH

(Luke 14:23)And the lord said unto the servant,Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel [them] to come in, that my house may be filled.

 

The Church Of The Lord Jesus Christ Today is an Apostolic Community church serving the people of Douglasville GA and the surrounding counties by reaching out and witnessing to people of all nations.

2. RESPOND

Hebrews 4:15)For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as [we are, yet] without sin.

 

The Church Of The Lord Jesus Christ Today preaches a positive message of hope and forgiveness. Our vision is to respond to the cry of God’s heart by touching the hurting and ministering hope to the hopeless and the lost!!!
3. RESTORE

(Acts 14:19-21). . . . And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the Times of Restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

The Church Of The Lord Jesus Christ Today is a ministry of restoration. To bring back God’s original intent and design to God’s people and the world. To promote peace, justice and respect for the heritage of Apostolic foundation with roots in the early Pentecostal and Apostolic movement, committed to present day Apostolic perspective.
4. REBUILD

(Acts 14:12)And [they that shall be] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

The Church Of The Lord Jesus Christ Today is a ministry called to rebuild again the old landmarks of holiness and apostolic precedence. To build Godly Apostolic character influence in order to make a difference in each region of the world. To serve as a center that seeks to bring solutions to ethical, practical, social and doctrinal issues so that our communities will experience the power of this Fifth Season of God!
5. TO SEND

(Mark 6:7)And he called [unto him] the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;

The Church Of The Lord Jesus Christ Today is humbly submitted to the command of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Our Father to Send into the world a cooperative body of Apostolic people, providing channels for Revival, Regeneration and Reformation. And thus releasing a new generation of Apostolic people who are committed and dedicated to holy and Godly Apostolic Character.
6. REPRODUCE

(Mark 6:7)And he called [unto him] the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;

The Church Of The Lord Jesus Christ Today is humbly submitted to the command of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Our Father to Send into the world a cooperative body of Apostolic people, providing channels for Revival, Regeneration and Reformation. And thus releasing a new generation of Apostolic people who are committed and dedicated to holy and Godly Apostolic Character.

Where Apostolic people with a willingness to search for foundational and present truth gather every week.  The church serves as a center that seeks to bring solutions to ethical, practical, social and doctrinal issues.  A ministry that holds to the heritage of Apostolic foundation with roots in the early Pentecostal and Apostolic movement, committed to present day Apostolic Perspective.

The Global Apostolic House is founded on The Rock, (the revelation that Jesus is God), and the foundation of the Apostles and Prophet and Jesus Christ being the Chief Cornerstone.  To bring hope to the world and the fulfillment of the The Father’s Reign and Realm Globally.  Our mission is to Reach, Build and Send in to the world a cooperative body of Apostolic people.  Providing channels for Revival, Regeneration and Reformation.

Authority/Leadership:  we believe that God himself orders the affairs of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ today and ultimately ordains its Apostolic leaders.  Therefore, it is our responsibility to develop, recognize, support and respect leaders in our church.  Apostolic leadership is a right that has to be earned through serving in a constantly changing environment

We believe in cultural relevance within the bounds of doctrinal purity.  Continual spiritual growth, unity in the body, anointed teaching and preaching, character development of each member.
